We are pleased to inform you that our new court booking system is available from Saturday, 21/1/2023. The system is called Book a Court, part of the ClubSpark platform managed by Tennis Australia.
Key notes:
- All active (paid) members of the South Hawthorn Tennis Club will receive an email (primary contact’s email address), inviting you to register into Book a Court. Please check your junk/clutter email folders if you do not see the invite in your inbox by 9am Saturday.
- Once registered, you can log in and start booking a court from Sunday, 22/1.
- The current booking system can still be used to display your bookings but note that this system is expected to be brought down from Sunday, 22/1.
- As we’re moving to a new system, all bookings made after Sunday 22/1 will NOT be migrated to the new system. Make sure that you re-book your courts after logging into the new system asap.
